UrbanMines’ Metal Alloy Materials Experimental Centre specializes in  researching and analysis for metal alloy, steel alloy, composite plate, foil interrelated metal material. The Experiment Centre is usually equipped with advanced testing equipment, advanced technology, chemical composition analysis of various metal alloy materials, physical performance testing, microstructure analysis, etc.





The main functions of Experimental Centre  :
Chemical composition analysis: The content of various elements in the alloy, including Various element content, such as carbon, copper, zinc, nickel, phosphorus, sulfur, aluminum, etc.
Physical performance test: Comprehensive power rate, power consumption rate, thermal conductivity rate, thermal expansion system number, etc. Performance test.
Microscopic structure analysis: General metal phase analysis, grain size details, microscopic component analysis, and other methods, detailed research on the microscopic structure of copper alloys.

Equipments in Experimental Centre :
The experimental center is equipped with vacuum medium frequency induction melting furnace, microcomputer control electronic universal testing machine, electronic CCD, salt spray tester, spectrometer, roughness detector, gloss detector, hardness detector and other advanced equipment, so as to meet the detection and analysis needs of various metals, especially copper alloy materials.





The performance area of the Experimental Centre: 
In the Experimental Centre , we are researching new materials for copper alloys and interfering metals, and are working on developing important functions and providing comprehensive analysis. In recent years, the Technical and Development team has made close collaborations with the Institute of Materials Research of Universities in China domestic and Hong Kong and has been working on developing new materials for China's manufacturing and “bottlenecks” materials development.
